Titus has been sent to a church which has lost it's way. It is going after things which push aside the fundamentals of the gospel. As a result the transforming power of the gospel is not being seen in God's people. The book is a huge call back to the gospel-based work of God in the life of the church ... a call not only for believers in Crete then but in the UK today.

Empty? Is your Easter just filled with chocolate and bunnies but actually seems empty? Maybe you're missing something fundamental. Easter actually speaks into our emptiness. At Easter we find an Empty Welcome, an Empty Cross, and an Empty Tomb ... and its all good news for our own empty life, empty heart, empty hope.

Knowing what we believe is vital. The Apostles Creed is derived from early summaries of key points of Christian belief of the early church. As we look through it, we learn key foundation stones of our faith. This is not merely intellectual - knowing our God and His salvation plan and purposes for us is what leads to greater trust and dependence on Him.

Galatians is dismissed by some as a 'harsh letter'. Paul certainly uses strong language and a heavy challenge, but there is a reason - the Gospel is at stake. God wants us to know that when we add to or take away from the Gospel we lose everything and become slaves again. But in Christ, under His Grace, we find True Freedom! This is such a relevant message for today - we cannot find 'our own truth' ... Jesus alone is the way, the truth and the life.

Exodus is an amazing story of rescue, redemption and freedom. But the hero isn't Moses. And the story is really only a picture pointing us to our true Rescuer and His salvation.

Jesus came so that we could be Whiter Than Snow - our sins dealt with, our guilt taken, new life given. Find out how you can know this for yourself this Christmas!

In 1 John we are lovingly pointed to how we can be certain of Christ's work in us. Three repeated tests - of Salvation, of Transformation, and of Relationship help us to know the work of God in His people. Why? So we can stand firm, and so our joy can be complete in Him!

We journey through the immense wonders of the work of God in His people as Romans 12 reveals what it means to be in Christ.

Systematically preaching through the Gospel of Mark, we see Jesus, the King, Son of God, Messiah, come to save and save completely.

What is my identity? How do I know who I am, and who I am meant to be? In a confused world there is direction to be discovered, truth to stand upon and freedom to be found.

Growing in Jesus is not merely a part of our Christian life - it is our Christian Life. We are born in Christ to grow into maturity in Him. How do we do that? We look at key aspects of growing in Jesus.

Amazing Days, Amazing Message
Our 2022 Christmas Series, on the Amazing days of the Nativity, but more important than all the things that happened, the Amazing Message of God's salvation through His Promised Saviour, Jesus.

As Paul writes to the Philippians they and he face difficulty. But in their difficulty there is deep joy to be found through Jesus - a joy that brings glory to God. How do we know this joy? By treasuring Jesus above all else.

Through the Lord's Prayer (which is really the 'Disciples Prayer' because Jesus is teaching us how to pray), showing how the prayer brings us to see more of God, more about where our treasure is, and how we pray and then live to glorify Him.
