Tim Welch is married to Rachel and they have 3 children. He arrived at Cambray in 2008, following pastorates in Jersey, Shrewsbury and Richmond-upon-Thames. Following training for ministry at Spurgeon’s College (London), Tim has more recently gained a PhD (University of Birmingham, 2009), researching the life and ministry of Joseph Smale and his Baptist roots in the emergence of Pentecostalism in Los Angeles, impacting the Azusa Street revival.
