Tim Welch is married to Rachel and they have 3 children. He arrived at Cambray in 2008, following pastorates in Jersey, Shrewsbury and Richmond-upon-Thames. Following training for ministry at Spurgeon’s College (London), Tim has more recently completed a PhD exploring Baptist roots in the emergence of Pentecostalism and the Azusa Street revival – with his book about Joseph Smale published in June 2013!
Naomi first came to Cambray as a student, before working for the Universities & Colleges Christian Fellowship (UCCF) as a Relay Worker in Norwich. Naomi has worked at Cambray since August 2010, and is involved in the pastoral care of the church, supporting our international and student ministries. Naomi is an affiliate of the organisation Friends International.
Andrew joined Cambray in 2011, and was appointed as Church Apprentice for 2012-13. The apprenticeship encompasses student, youth and pastoral ministry, besides providing all-round experience of church life and leadership.
