Pastor: Tim Welch
Tim Welch is married to Rachel and they have 3 children. He arrived at Cambray in 2008, following pastorates in Jersey, Shrewsbury and Richmond-upon-Thames.

Associate Pastor: Fred Hughes
Fred Hughes has been Associate Pastor since 2005, after a career in education and service with the Association of Christian Teachers and the Universities and Colleges Christian Fellowship. He has been married to Viv for nearly 40 years.

Assistant Pastor : Jonathan Loose
Jonathan and his wife Sian joined us at Cambray in September 2009. Previously Jon worked four days a week on the staff of St. Luke’s, Wimbledon Park and two days a week on IT with the Proclamation Trust.

Church Apprentice / Student Worker : David Piper
Dave Piper started as our apprentice in September 2009. He is engaged to Esther and both are active members of the church. He is our Student worker, assisted by Hannah Kershaw and Sam Witek. David also helps lead our youth work. This year he will be working alongside our pastors as well as doing Bible training in Oxford.
