Autumn 2011… Mark: What kind of King?
At Cambray we have a vibrant programme for those in their 20s and 30s. We meet fortnightly on Thursday evenings at 7.30pm as a group to share food and catch up with one another, before breaking into smaller groups to study the Bible together. We place a particular emphasis on discussing how to live in the light of what we’re learning, and we seek to help one another do that through prayer and being a community together.
For Autumn 2011 our focus is the gospel of Mark and we’ve given our series the title “What kind of King?“. Through this really exciting book we’re discovering together more of the incredible person of Jesus Christ, and seeing how He is all sufficient for life now and in eternity.
In addition to the regular programme we have a lively schedule of socials. This term these include a skittles night, a bonfire night get together, and a Christmas meal, and all of these are great opportunities to get to know others in the group. We’d love to see you along to any of all of these events!
